Senior Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

Double Vision Company Limited is looking for an experienced QA/QC Civil Engineer to join our team for SEC High Voltage Transmission Projects in Riyadh.

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in SEC High Voltage Transmission projects
• SEC-approved QA/QC Engineer (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) approval
• Strong knowledge of SEC standards, specifications, and QA/QC procedures

• Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in compliance with SEC requirements
• Review and approve Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and quality procedures
• Conduct and coordinate site inspections for all civil works (foundations, duct banks, trenches, concrete works, road crossings, etc.)
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and SEC standards
• Coordinate with consultants, SEC representatives, and site teams for inspections and approvals
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports
• Monitor and control non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain proper documentation for material approvals, test results, and inspection records
• Support progress reporting and invoice preparation by providing verified quality and work completion data
• Participate in internal and external quality audits
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements at site
• Assist project management in handover documentation and as-built quality records
