Procurement Manager

Overview

JASARA PMC is looking for a skilled and dedicated Procurement Manager to join our talented team. In this essential role, you will oversee the procurement activities for our civil engineering projects, ensuring that we acquire the highest quality materials and services in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating contracts.

Your expertise will be essential in identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee the procurement activities for civil engineering projects to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals and organizational objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships, evaluate vendor performance, and negotiate contracts.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5-7 years of experience in procurement management or a related field
• Comprehensive knowledge of procurement processes, regulations and best practices
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with procurement software and tools
