The NOC Operator is responsible for monitoring, operating, and supporting all building systems through the NOC system, ensuring continuous and safe operation of critical environments including electrical, mechanical, fire/life safety, and digital systems on a 24/7 shift basis.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and operate all building systems via the NOC System including:
- Fire & Life Safety Systems
- Mechanical Systems (HVAC, plumbing, controls)
- Electrical Systems (lighting, UPS, Rectifier, PDU, generators, primary switch gear)
- Cabling (data and power)
- Lighting and temperature control systems
- Critical environments and digital systems (fire alarm)
- Coordinate with Main NOC (Mobily) for all related issues using NOC tools such as:
- SMS Portal
- VMS
- Remedy System
- Maintain and secure all NOC-related data including:
- Daily and monthly reports
- Preventive Maintenance (PPM) records
- Share portals and related software systems
- Work on a 24/7 shift schedule and ensure proper handover to the next shift.
- Operators must remain on duty until the next shift arrives.
- Perform preventive maintenance and continuous monitoring of:
- HVAC, chilled water, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems
- Electrical and backup systems
- Hot water systems
- Analyze system operations, identify faults or malfunctions, and take corrective actions when required.
- Maintain effective communication with:
- Clients
- Property and Project Management teams
- Engineering and technical staff
- Participate in emergency response and incident management:
- Respond to incidents
- Minimize impact and damages
- Ensure escalation is done according to escalation plan
- Supervise and coordinate contractors working within the building, including tenant-related activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Facilities Management or related field
- Experience in NOC operations, facilities management, or critical environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of BMS, HVAC, electrical and fire alarm systems.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts (24/7).
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
