The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in wet utilities engineering, including at least 7 years in Saudi Arabia, with proven expertise in large-scale urban infrastructure development. Key responsibilities include leading project planning and design, liaising with local authorities, and supervising project teams.
Experience with international consultancies and strong stakeholder engagement are preferred.
