We are seeking a New Site Build Towerco Implementation Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of new mobile telecom site construction under Towerco frameworks. This role requires strong knowledge of TAWAL procedures and standards, with Mobily experience considered an advantage. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in “build-to-suit” site creation, covering all phases from initial planning and civil infrastructure preparation to tower installation and site completion.

• Manage end-to-end new site build (“build to suit”) deployments under Towerco frameworks
• Ensure strict adherence to Towerco standards, procedures, and protocols (Tawal; Mobily is a plus)
• Lead all activities required for new site initiation, construction, and tower installation
• Oversee and validate required civil infrastructure, including foundations, power, fencing, and site readiness
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution
• Conduct periodic stakeholder meetings, providing status updates, project reports, and risk assessments
• Resolve field issues, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and drive on-time delivery
• Support final inspections, handovers, and site acceptance processes

• Based in Al‑Khobar, KSA, with the flexibility to travel to site locations across the region.
• Experienced in mobile telecom new site construction (“build to suit”), covering all construction and tower installation phases.
• Strong knowledge of Towerco standards, procedures, and protocols — Tawal required;
  Mobily experience is a plus.
• Experienced in civil infrastructure follow-up, including foundations, trenching, grounding, and site readiness.
• Proven ability to manage site-level and regional activities, including stakeholder meetings and periodic reporting.
• Arabic is preferred, with strong communication and coordination capabilities.
• Holds a valid driver’s license.
