Safety Engineer; HSE

In EI we are specialized in architectural construction, Fitout, and MEP.

• Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Prepare Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Method Statements, Risk Assessments (MSRA), and Permit-to-Work documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, client HSE requirements, and company safety standards.
• Provide HSE induction, toolbox talks, and safety training to employees, subcontractors, and visitors.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend preventive measures

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HSE/Safety Engineer, preferably in construction or fit-out projects.
• Proven experience working on active project sites.

• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent (mandatory).
• OSHA certification (preferred).
• ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 certification is an advantage.
