Senior Electrical Manager

JASARA PMC is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Electrical Manager to lead our electrical engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical design and engineering functions across various projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards while delivering high-quality results that align with our organizational goals.

As a Senior Electrical Manager, you will play a key role in strategic planning, project execution, and team development, contributing to the overall success of JASARA PMC's infrastructure initiatives.

• Manage and lead the electrical engineering team in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for projects.
• Ensure that all electrical designs are compliant with relevant codes, standards, and health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve team efficiency and project delivery.
• Oversee the production and review of design documents, specifications, and calculations.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to identify risks and opportunities for optimization.
• Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements in electrical engineering.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 10 years in a managerial role.
• Expertise in electrical design principles, standards, and best practices.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams and projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software and design tools related to electrical systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient design practices is an advantage.
