Overview
Independently develop and maintain B2B client resources in general construction contracting, municipal engineering, power energy, and mining infrastructure, achieving an annual new contract value of ≥6 million Saudi Riyals per person; deeply understand client construction scenarios and schedules, accurately matching equipment models (crawler cranes, elevators, etc.), rental terms, and value-added services (including operator assignment, maintenance management, and emergency allocation); lead the design of rental solutions: coordinating the entire process of equipment selection, freight calculation, insurance configuration, site arrival scheduling, and safety briefings, outputting customized quotations with technical feasibility and commercial competitiveness;
utilize a CRM system to update client dynamics, project progress, and payment milestones in real time, ensuring a contract fulfillment rate of ≥98% and accounts receivable turnover days of ≤45 days; collaborate with technical engineers, legal and risk control teams to efficiently advance contract review, equipment acceptance, and dispute resolution, ensuring a customer satisfaction NPS ≥ 85.

- Age
: 28–40, Associate's degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Manufacturing, Civil Engineering, Transportation, or Marketing. - Experience
:
At least 3 years of sales experience in engineering equipment (including construction machinery sales, concrete pump truck rental, scaffolding rental, tunnel boring machine services, etc.), with proof of performance over the past year required. - Regulatory familiarity
:
Familiar with the Lease Contract section of the Civil Code, construction safety regulations, and special equipment registration procedures. - Licensing
:
Hold a C1 or higher driver's license with at least 2 years of actual driving experience, capable of independently driving an SUV to visit clients across cities. - Language
:
Fluent in English or Arabic. Fluency in Chinese is preferred.
