JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Planner/Scheduler to join our esteemed team. This key position involves developing, managing, and optimizing comprehensive project schedules for a variety of large-scale infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia.
As a Senior Planner/Scheduler, you will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project timelines are realistic, aligned with project objectives, and effectively communicated. Your expertise in advanced scheduling methodologies and tools will enable you to identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, particularly in the construction and engineering industry.
- Proficient in using scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior planning and scheduling staff.
- Thorough understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
