An engineering consulting firm in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead and manage all commercial activities for projects. The ideal candidate will establish budgets, review contractor payments, and ensure compliance with regulations. A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering and at least 15 years of experience, particularly in infrastructure projects, are essential. Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts is required, along with excellent stakeholder management skills.
