Double Vision Company Limited is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager to lead SEC High Voltage transmission Underground and Infrastructure Projects in Riyadh.

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in SEC Underground & Infrastructure projects
• Proven experience managing SEC High Voltage / Underground cable and infrastructure works
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) approval
• Strong knowledge of SEC standards, specifications, and construction practices
• Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities

• Overall management and supervision of underground and infrastructure construction works, including duct banks, cable trenches, foundations, chambers, road crossings (HDD/Open Cut), and associated civil works
• Plan, coordinate, and control site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, schedules, and SEC requirements
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project targets for time, cost, quality, and safety
• Coordinate closely with Planning, QA/QC, HSE, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor construction progress and support daily, weekly, and monthly progress reporting
• Review and support invoice preparation, work measurement, and certification in coordination with commercial and planning teams
• Ensure effective implementation of quality control and HSE procedures at site
• Liaise with SEC, consultants, and authorities for inspections, approvals, and site coordination
• Identify construction risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Support management in variation orders, claims, and recovery plans
• Ensure proper documentation, as-built records, and smooth project handover
