We are looking for experienced Control Engineer FSEs with strong hands-on expertise in the pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up of gas turbines with centrifugal compressors
, controlled through MARK VIE control systems
, for long-term site deployment in Saudi Arabia
.
- Perform pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities for gas turbines integrated with centrifugal compressors.
- Configure, test, and support MARK VIE control systems, including logic checks and functional testing.
- Execute I/O checks, loop checking, interlock verification, and protection testing.
- Support turbine, compressor, and auxiliary systems during start-up and performance testing.
- Troubleshoot control system, instrumentation, and communication issues during commissioning and operation.
- Coordinate with mechanical, E&I, OEM, EPC, and client teams for smooth execution.
- Verify Cause & Effect, alarms, per missives, and trip logic.
- Prepare and maintain commissioning reports, test records, and as-built documentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and site procedures.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Control Engineer / Control FSE.
- Proven experience in gas turbine and centrifugal compressor commissioning.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with MARK VIE control systems.
- Strong knowledge of PLC/DCS systems, turbine controls, and compressor control logic.
- Experience working on oil & gas / power / industrial projects.
- Excellent troubleshooting, coordination, and site execution skills.
- BE /
B.Tech / Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Control Engineering. - OEM or EPC project experience is an added advantage.
