Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate project activities with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Review drawings, shop drawings, and construction plans for accuracy and compliance
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures
- Ensure strict adherence to QA/QC requirements and project specifications
- Enforce site HSE standards to maintain a safe working environment
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, inspection requests, and as-built documentation
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve technical matters
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 5–7 years of experience as a Site/Project Engineer on high-rise buildings
- Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, and finishing works
- Prior experience in the GCC/UAE is an advantage
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and relevant engineering software
