Job Summary:

Provide safe and effective site and workshop overhaul, repair, installation, and commissioning services across service projects in Saudi Arabia or other Middle East countries if required.

• Be the first point of contact for allocated customers regarding any issues related to agreed on-site scopes of work.
• Develop strong relationships with key client contacts.
• Be responsible for on-site Health & Safety.
• Compile on-site risk assessments for scopes of work.
• Lead and supervise on-site repair teams during site contract execution.
• Provide continuous improvement in repair, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients to optimize future service opportunities.
• Liaise with technical departments within Sulzer to develop engineering solutions.
• Develop method statements and participate in RCA meetings.

• Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent / Mechanical Engineering technical qualification.
• 10 years’ experience in installation and commissioning activities related to pumps, compressors, and other rotating equipment.
• Experience in assembly, operation, and testing of pumps, compressors, and other rotating equipment.
• General computer skills (MS Office).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to act independently.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
