Responsibilities
  • Build and lead an effective sales organization in the KSA region.
  • Identify and develop new segment opportunities with targeted accounts, following market and segment strategies using a value-based selling approach.
  • Serve as the primary contact for commercial and technical matters, handling escalations within assigned accounts/projects.
  • Grow project business in Data Centers, collaborating with the KSA team, EPCs, and OEMs, promoting GF’s product and solution portfolio.
  • Evaluate projects, tenders, and enquiries in line with the company strategy, managing the quotation process and follow-ups to close deals.
  • Conduct all sales activities to meet targets, including market screening, customer development (end users, EPCs, designers, engineering firms, OEMs), and customer visits to understand current and future needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying projects and business opportunities.
  • Organize marketing activities, specification selling, exhibitions, and new product introductions in coordination with the marketing team to increase product awareness and target key decision-makers.
  • Achieve a balanced turnover by expanding into new segments.
  • Ensure distributor and customer teams are trained to the required level of segment and product mastery.
  • Collect and share innovation ideas for products and services with internal stakeholders to explore regional potential
Your profile
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience with a degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent), including 5+ years in Data Center sales and 3+ years in multi-channel sales/sales management within the region.
  • Strong technical and commercial skills, with knowledge in mechanical disciplines such as cooling and process automation.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Experience working with international customers and cultures; prior work and living experience in Saudi Arabia preferred.
  • Energetic, motivated, and target-driven, with strong time, territory, and pipeline management skills.
  • Well-structured, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM applications.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
  • High integrity, compliance-focused, and trustworthy.
  • Competencies aligned with company Delegation of Authority
