BIM Manager

Elegancia Arabia is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation across large-scale finishing and fit-out projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil Engineering or Architecture
, with proven expertise delivering high-end interior finishing works within the GCC region.

This role requires strategic oversight of BIM processes, coordination across multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring BIM compliance throughout project delivery.

• Lead BIM execution and management for large-scale finishing and fit-out projects.
• Develop and implement BIM standards, workflows, and project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Coordinate BIM activities between design consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Ensure accurate production and management of BIM models (LOD requirements) aligned with project scope and timelines.
• Monitor clash detection processes and resolve coordination issues across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Support site teams with BIM-driven solutions for constructability and sequencing of finishing works.
• Maintain model integrity and ensure compliance with client and regulatory BIM requirements in KSA.
• Provide training and mentorship to BIM coordinators and modeling teams.
• Prepare BIM reports, progress updates, and deliverables for stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of BIM experience delivering large-scale projects in the GCC
  .
• Strong specialization in Finishing, Interior Fit-Out, and High-End Architectural Works
  .
• Proven experience managing BIM teams and coordinating complex project environments.
• Advanced knowledge of BIM tools and platforms such as:
• Autodesk Revit
• Navisworks
• BIM 360 / ACC
• AutoCAD and related coordination software
