Analyzes malfunctions and inspects, installs, maintains, and troubleshoots integrated avionic instrument and flight control systems atthe organizational level. Supervises organizational ‘O’ level avionicinstrument and flight control systems activities.
Analyzes performance and Isolates malfunctions of integrated avioniccommunications, navigation, weapons control, and penetration aids systems.
Operates integrated avionic instrument and flight control systems byusing proper controls to determine operational condition.
Analyzes equipment operationcharacteristics to isolate malfunctions to subsystems such as integrated and mechanical instrument systems, flight data recorder systems, automatic flight control systems and air inlet control systems.
Monitors equipment performance to detect and analyze recurring malfunctions.
Train RSAF personnel to the 5 and 7 skill levels.
RequirementsQualification : USAF 7 Level/Flight Control or equivalent /Avionics Technician (B Shop)

1. Demonstrates proficiency in analyzingmalfunctions.

3. Proficient in removal, installation, alignment,and conducts check outs of integrated avionic instrument and flight controlsystem malfunctions and effecting repair.
