The successful candidate will manage NCRs, conduct audits, and ensure safety adherence. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, possess a minimum of 3 years in operations and maintenance roles, preferably in road projects, and be a member of the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
