• Manage and supervise solar installation projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure alignment between project specifications and on-site execution.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed reports on project progress and potential challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the installation process.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the installation crew, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns during the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer, with a strong background in solar energy projects.
• Solid understanding of design principles and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Proficiency in project management software and engineering design tools.
