BIM Engineer

• Develop and manage 3D/4D BIM models for civil, structural, and MEP disciplines
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and site teams to ensure model accuracy and clash-free integration
• Generate construction drawings, quantity take-offs, and visual simulations from BIM models
• Support project planning through 4D sequencing and progress visualization
• Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and client standards
• Assist in implementing BIM workflows, tools, and training across project teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and BIM Level 2 workflows
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience in infrastructure or large-scale building projects preferred
• Transferable Iqama preferred (for candidates already in KSA)
