Project Manager; Infra

Job Description Overview

The Project Manager oversees the day-to-day management of road construction activities, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

• Manage site teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and monitor project execution plans and resource allocations.
• Review design documents, technical submissions, and material approvals.
• Oversee roadworks (earthworks, pavement, asphalt, utilities, drainage).
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare project progress reports and manage client communication.
• Identify risks, delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, HSE, and procurement teams.

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
• 12-15 years experience in road/highway project management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of road construction techniques and standards.
