Overview
The Façade Inspector role focuses on ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of façade systems in road and construction projects. The position requires extensive technical expertise, strong collaboration with project stakeholders, and the ability to provide detailed inspections and guidance throughout the construction process.
Your role- Conduct thorough inspections of façade systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to address and resolve façade-related issues during construction.
- Review shop drawings, materials, and samples to ensure adherence to project requirements.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation, highlighting findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
- Monitor installation processes to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Conduct site visits and audits, providing guidance and support to construction teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and best practices in façade technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in façade inspection, with at least 5 years in the KSA.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to façade systems.
- Proficient in using inspection tools and techniques specific to façade evaluation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
