Senior HSE Officer

To lead and manage Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives across operations ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards while fostering a strong safety culture.

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures in line with KSA regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi HSE laws, Civil Defense requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and HSE audits.
• Investigate incidents and accidents; prepare reports and corrective action plans.
• Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and emergency preparedness drills.
• Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation.
• Advise management on HSE risks, improvements, and best practices.
• Liaise with government authorities, contractors, and external auditors as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of HSE experience, preferably within KSA.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
