Cost Control Manager

oversees the financial and contractual health of projects, managing budgets, forecasting, and cost tracking from inception to completion. They are responsible for implementing, monitoring, and reporting on company-wide cost plans, identifying risks, and ensuring profitability for construction or engineering projects.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Developing detailed budgets based on project scope, and performing accurate, timely forecasting to identify potential deviations early.
• Cost Monitoring: Tracking actual expenditures against budgeted amounts and implementing corrective actions to prevent cost overruns.
• Contract Management: Reviewing contracts, managing change orders, and ensuring compliance with financial constraints.
• Reporting: Preparing comprehensive cost reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Strategic Optimization: Conducting value engineering and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.

• Experience: 15+ years in cost management, estimation, and financial control for large-scale projects.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Finance.
