Education: Diploma/Degree in Architecture or a related technical field from an Indian Engineering College/Institute
.
Experience: 5 to 7 years (Proven experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a must).
Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (Spoken).
Job Description & Responsibilities:- Develop and prepare detailed architectural working drawings and shop drawings.
- Translate conceptual designs into technical blueprints using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Coordinate architectural plans with structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings to ensure zero conflict.
- Ensure all designs comply with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local municipality regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with approved blueprints.
- Graduate of a recognized Engineering College in India.
- Fluent in Hindi to facilitate communication and coordination.
- Full proficiency in engineering drafting software.
- Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (
SCE
). - Strong technical problem-solving skills on‑site
