Role
Summary:
The Site Inspector will support the effective implementation of operations and maintenance activities across assigned project sites. The role focuses on monitoring contractor performance, ensuring compliance with safety and contractual requirements, and supporting the Operations and Maintenance Engineer to maintain project quality, safety, and continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue, record, and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Act on behalf of the Operations and Maintenance Engineer when required.
- Monitor and supervise contractor performance for maintenance works.
- Escalate technical, safety, and operational issues to the Operations and Maintenance Engineer.
- Manage and maintain contract-related files and documentation.
- Ensure contractor compliance with safety requirements and project standards.
- Monitor contractor-allocated resources on site.
- Identify potential risks within the road network and report findings.
- Prepare and submit daily site reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Fresh or experienced), or Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
. - Experience in road projects is preferred.
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership is mandatory.
