Data Science Manager
1. Conduct market intelligence analysis to identify and prioritize project opportunities; align customer requirements with the company’s product and solution portfolio to expand market reach strategically.
2. Assess the company competitive positioning in target markets; analyze regional functional demands to identify high-potential project opportunities, and define target customer group, as well as product/solution selection priorities.
3. Develop and execute regional marketing plans: build, maintain, identify and engage key accounts, and continuously enrich a structured customer database.
4. Lead end-to-end project execution, from initiation through delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality project completion and sustained client satisfaction.
5. Design and implement customer development and retention strategies; foster long-term partnerships through proactive engagement, including site visits, client hosting, solution training, and routine communication, systematically monitor and enhance customer satisfaction metrics.
Job Requirements1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in science, engineering, or related disciplines (e.g., computer science, electronics, telecommunications).
2. Minimum two years of proven experience in project sales, preferably within physical security industry.
3. Demonstrated business acumen, strong execution capability, analytical and logical reasoning skills, self-discipline, commitment to excellence, and collaborative mindset.
4. Proficiency in English, with fluency across listening, speaking, reading, and writing—sufficient to operate effectively in an English-language work environment.
5. Arabic native speaker or proficiency in Arabic is a strong asset.
