Fit Procurement Manager

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience within the fit‑out industry (Riyadh‑based projects essential)
• Strong knowledge of local suppliers, contractors, and regulatory frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate, manage contracts, and deliver cost savings
• Proven track record of end‑to‑end procurement (materials, services, subcontractors)
• Exceptional commercial acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

• Lead the procurement strategy for all fit‑out projects in Riyadh
• Develop and manage vendor relationships

• Drive competitive sourcing, tendering, and contract negotiations
• Implement cost control measures to maximize project profitability
• Ensure on‑time procurement delivery aligned with project schedules
• Maintain rigorous adherence to company policies and industry standards
