Job Purpose

Responsible for providing advanced technical support in machine maintenance and troubleshooting by diagnosing failures, analyzing root causes, supporting preventive maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining accurate technical documentation to sustain equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot machine breakdowns to minimize downtime and production disruption.
• Provide technical support to maintenance technicians during breakdowns and preventive maintenance activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis for machine failures and propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Recommend technical solutions to improve machine reliability and performance.

• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of preventive maintenance tasks, plans, and checklists.
• Support the execution of scheduled preventive maintenance activities in coordination with operations.
• Review and advise on spare parts and consumables requirements to ensure availability when needed.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance when required.
• Liaise with machine suppliers for technical support, repairs, and spare parts clarification.

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with HSE policies, safety rules, and standard operating procedures.
• Apply and follow all required safety procedures during maintenance work.

• Perform maintenance-related transactions in SAP, including notifications, work orders, and updates.
• Prepare technical maintenance reports, failure summaries, and required documentation for management.

• Monitor machine performance and maintenance KPIs and highlight deviations or recurring issues.
• Analyze machine data and maintenance trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical input and support to the maintenance team when needed.

• Maintain and update maintenance-related ISO, EMS, and HES documentation as required.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to maintenance activities when requested.

• Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job

• Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
• Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

• Solve any related problems arise and elevate any complex operational issues.

• Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

• Coordinate well‑defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.

• Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

• Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high‑quality products/services.

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
