Identify and validate all spare parts for multiple military vehicle platforms by using OEM Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPCs) and technical manuals. Produce accurate and structured parts lists (PN, OEM PN, descriptions, assemblies) that will feed the digital parts catalogue and the ERP system.
EPC & Technical Data Extraction- Navigate OEM EPCs such as IVECO POWER, MAN Mantis, Mercedes/Daimler EPC, Cummins Quick Serve, Allison, ZF to identify correct part numbers.
- Interpret assemblies, sub-assemblies, callouts, and quantities per assembly.
- Identify supersessions, alternates, repair kits, assemblies and replace legacy part numbers.
- Validate applicability of parts for specific models, variants, and configurations.
- Read and interpret 2D technical illustrations / breakdown diagrams.
- Extract all callout numbers and match them to EPC part numbers.
- Flag mismatches or unclear information for review with Engineering.
- Prepare structured Excel lists with:
- Internal PN
- OEM PN
- NSN, NCAGE and ARN^CAGE
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and correct formatting.
- Support Inventory Teams in validating inventory against EPC data.
- Support Workshop Supervisors and Planners in identifying parts for Work Orders.
- Coordinate with Catalogue & Data Specialist for smooth handover of validated part lists.
- Good technical understanding of vehicle systems (engine, drivetrain, brakes, suspension, electrical).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret illustrations and technical diagrams.
- Arabic and English required;
- Mechanical High School with 5 Years of Experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in OEM EPC systems, spare parts identification, technical publications, or dealership parts operations.
- Strong technical understanding of vehicle systems (engine, drivetrain, suspension, electrical).
- Ability to interpret OEM EPCs, exploded diagrams, and assemblies.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data extraction.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
