We are looking for a results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team and support the growth of our Safety, Fire Protection, Security, MEP Systems solutions across Saudi Arabia.
🔧 About the RoleThe Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling integrated safety and engineering solutions, building strong client relationships, and supporting project development from initial inquiry to closing.
Flex Shield Company specializes in delivering advanced solutions in:- Fire protection and firefighting systems
- Safety and security systems
- Mechanical and electrical engineering solutions
- Integrated building protection technologies
- Fire Doors & Rolling Shutters Doors and Glass doors
- Maintenance work for fire systems and building systems
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Saudi market
- Promote fire protection, MEP, and security system solutions
- Prepare technical proposals and ensure compliance with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key clients
- Support project negotiations and closing
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales of mechanical & electrical systems and fire protection solutions
- Strong technical knowledge of fire systems, MEP solutions, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- Proven understanding of the Saudi market and major companies
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and project requirements
