BIM Manager

We are seeking an amazingly talented BIM Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies and implementation across multidisciplinary design teams. This role requires close coordination with architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless BIM integration in project workflows from concept through to completion.

While preference will be given to candidates with an architectural background, professionals from civil or structural engineering disciplines with strong BIM leadership experience are also encouraged to apply.

• Lead the development and execution of BIM strategies and protocols across projects.
• Manage BIM standards, templates, and project-specific execution plans (BEP).
• Coordinate BIM workflows among architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
• Ensure compliance with client BIM requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650, local BIM mandates).
• Conduct model reviews and quality checks to ensure accuracy, clash detection, and coordination.
• Ensure that all stakeholders consistently follow BIM standards, including Level of Development (LOD), naming conventions, COBie requirements, and other relevant guidelines.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and workflows.
• Serve as a liaison between design teams, clients, and contractors regarding BIM deliverables and expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement in BIM adoption, digital delivery, and innovation.
• Prepare and maintain BIM documentation, guidelines, and progress reports.
• Provide guidance and training to both internal and external teams to ensure the delivery of consistently high‑quality digital solutions.

• Minimum Twelve (12) years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a BIM Manager or BIM Lead role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (preferred), Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and related tools.
• Strong understanding of interdisciplinary coordination within BIM environments.
• Familiarity with international BIM standards and digital delivery protocols.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams in BIM processes and implementation.
• Ability to manage BIM workflows across disciplines with strong coordination skills.
• Experience in aligning BIM strategies with project and organizational goals.
• Capable of upskilling teams in BIM tools and standards.
• Detail‑oriented in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely BIM deliverables.
• Skilled in resolving coordination issues and technical challenges proactively.
• Clear in conveying BIM concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Deep understanding of BIM workflows from design through construction and facility management.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650, PAS 1192, AIA BIM Protocol, and Saudi BIM regulations.
• Proficient in creating and managing BIM Execution Plans and related documentation.
• Solid grasp of multidisciplinary integration (architecture, structure, MEP).
• Advanced in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, etc.
• Knowledge of project stages, documentation workflows, and BIM integration with PM tools.
• Understanding of IFC, COBie, GIS, FM systems, and data exchange formats.
• Awareness of digital twins, AR/VR, and automation in BIM workflows (desirable).
