Position: Document Controller (Saudis Only)

Role Description

We are looking for a qualified Saudi Document Controller with 8–12 years of proven experience in managing technical and project documentation for large-scale construction and engineering projects
. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Aconex
, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of document control procedures within the Saudi construction industry
.

This position plays a key role in maintaining document integrity, version control, and compliance with both company and client standards

Qualifications
  • Saudi National (Mandatory).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in document control within the construction or engineering sector in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong experience using Aconex (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of other DMS systems (e.g., SharePoint, Asite, Procore) is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of document lifecycle management and ISO documentation standards.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
