Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and executing civil engineering activities related to design, construction, and project management. The role requires strong technical expertise, practical site experience, and in-depth knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and international engineering standards.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage projects from conceptual design through execution and handover, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely completion.

Execute civil engineering works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.

Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design intent and quality benchmarks.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.

Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.

Review and interpret civil engineering drawings, structural designs, and BOQs.

Ensure adherence to Saudi Building Code (SBC) and relevant international engineering codes.

Perform quantity take-offs and assist in material estimation and procurement planning.

Provide technical input during project planning and design development stages.

Verify shop drawings and technical submissions before implementation.

Ensure construction works meet approved specifications and quality standards.

Conduct quality inspections and coordinate with QA/QC teams.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and HSE policies.

Identify risks and recommend preventive or corrective actions.

Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Liaise with structural, architectural, and MEP teams to avoid design conflicts.

Attend project meetings and provide progress updates to management.

Support project managers in cost control and resource allocation.

Assist in preparing technical reports, progress reports, and client communications.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of practical experience in civil engineering projects (design & construction).

Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and international engineering standards.

Experience in handling large-scale infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or residential projects preferred.

Strong technical and analytical skills.

Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and materials.

Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Primavera/MS Project, and MS Office.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
