Civil 3D Modelers; Utilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models for water supply, sewerage, and stormwater drainage networks using Civil 3D
• Prepare utility layouts, longitudinal profiles, cross-sections, and construction drawings
• Model chambers, manholes, inspection chambers, and related appurtenances as per project standards
• Create and update existing utilities models based on survey data, record drawings, and utility investigation reports
• Perform coordination with dry utilities including electrical, telecom, gas, and street lighting networks
• Assist in clash detection and coordination with other disciplines to resolve conflicts
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority standards, and BIM execution plans
• Maintain model accuracy, naming conventions, and level of detail as per BIM requirements
• Support design revisions and respond to technical comments from consultants and clients
• Coordinate with engineers and BIM coordinators to meet project deadlines and deliverables

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in utilities modelling using Autodesk Civil 3D
• Strong experience in modelling water, sewer, and stormwater networks
• Proficiency in preparing profiles, sections, and detailed utility drawings
• Experience in modelling existing utilities and interpreting survey and as-built data
• Good understanding of utility coordination with dry services
• Familiarity with BIM standards, workflows, and coordination processes
• Knowledge of Middle East authority standards is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
