To supervise and coordinate all electronic, low current, and instrumentation maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring system reliability, compliance with standards, and alignment with SLA/KPI requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise maintenance and troubleshooting of electronic and instrumentation systems including BMS, fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and other low current systems.
- Lead preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper calibration and functionality of instrumentation devices.
- Review technical reports and verify completion of work orders.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance of electronic / instrumentation systems.
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Experience in Facilities Management, industrial plants, or large commercial facilities is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BMS, ELV / low current systems, fire alarm, CCTV, and access control.
- Experience with instrument calibration and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking.
