Job Description
The Hydraulics Inspector will supervise and inspect hydraulic-related works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and local authority requirements on infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities- Inspect hydraulic works including water supply, drainage, stormwater, sewerage, irrigation, and pumping systems.
- Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections, witness testing & commissioning, and verify material approvals.
- Monitor contractor activities and report non-conformances.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
- Maintain inspection records, daily reports, and snag lists.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and local regulations.
- Support handover, as-built verification, and final inspections.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil / Hydraulic Engineering.
- 5–10 years experience in hydraulic works on infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of water, drainage, sewer, and stormwater systems.
- Familiar with Saudi standards, MOMRA/NWC requirements, and project specifications.
- Experience working with consultants/PMC preferred.
- Good reporting and communication skills.
- Transferable Iqama preferred.
