Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project specific QAQC plans tailored to the unique requirements of buildings construction projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate QAQC processes into project schedules.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections at various stages of construction, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Implement corrective actions when deviations are identified.
• Establish and enforce standards for materials and workmanship in accordance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure the use of approved materials.
• Maintain detailed QAQC documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.
• Provide regular reports to project stakeholders on QAQC performance.
• Conduct training sessions for project teams and subcontractors on QAQC procedures, standards, and best practices.
• Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability on the project site.
• Stay informed about relevant local and international regulations and standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to address quality-related concerns and ensure alignment with project goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in QAQC management, with a focus on schools and car parking construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices.
• Professional certifications in QAQC or related fields are highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of industry standards and regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using QAQC software and tools.
