About this opportunity

At Gleeds Arabia we are continuously growing, and have future opportunities for qualified and proactive MRICS chartered Cost & Commercial management professionals. Apply to this posting to be considered for future major programs in the Middle East region. We will have roles available at all levels from Quantity Surveyor through to Director.

• Extensive post graduate demonstrable experience in all aspects of pre and post contract quantity surveying
• 5+ years’ experience with a consultancy organisation
• 5+ years experience living and working in the GCC
• Sound knowledge and practical experience of cost estimating and planning
• Extensive giga project experience, in hospitality, mixed use, rail, and heavy infrastructure
• Practical knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies
• Sound knowledge and experience of post-contract cost management tasks
• Clear and effective communication skills - both oral and written
• Ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily
• Ability to work as part of a team

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• MRICS or equivalent chartered status
• Extensive gig‑project experience
• Arabic language skills desirable
• Native English level written and oral skills
