Responsibilities
Administer the contract and subcontracts for awarded industrial/mechanical projects, including site monitoring, progress valuations of subcontractor performance, invoicing to the client, email correspondence regarding subcontractor performance, site safety and contract clarifications.
Qualifications- A degree in a relevant subject such as Mechanical, Civil, or Quantity Surveying.
- A proven track record as a Contract Administrator on large-scale industrial/mechanical projects.
- Familiarity with contract forms used in the Middle East.
- Ability to work on a single status basis and travel as required.
- Excellent communication skills.
