Aboutthe Role
We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced professionals for Inspector roles (Civil & MEP) for upcoming infrastructure projects in Riyadh, KSA. These roles will support large‑scale infrastructure development projects and ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
Disciplines- Civil Inspectors (Architectural, Structural, General Civil)
- Carry out site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards
- Monitor construction activities and report progress, quality, and safety issues
- Ensure contractor adherence to approved method statements and QA/QC procedures
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Review material submittals and inspection requests
- Identify non‑conformances and follow up on corrective actions
- Maintain accurate inspection records and reports
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering discipline
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction supervision/inspection
- Strong experience in infrastructure projects
- Experience in Civil (Arch/Structural/Civil) or MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) disciplines
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes and international standards
- GCC/KSA experience preferred
