Hanmi Global Saudi is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Technical Manager (Infrastructure) LDIP to lead the technical aspects of our infrastructure projects within the LDIP scope. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all technical activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires a strong technical background in infrastructure engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all technical activities related to infrastructure projects under the LDIP framework.
- Develop and review technical designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to address technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure the application of best practices, quality standards, and safety regulations in all technical deliverables.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating technical risks.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
- Keep updated with the latest developments and trends in infrastructure engineering and incorporate innovative approaches where applicable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure project management or technical leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure design, construction, and technical standards.
- Proven experience in managing technical teams and coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with LDIP project requirements and specifications is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
