Mott Mac Donald is currently looking for Civil Engineering Graduates to support the delivery of numerous key projects in Riyadh, with some of the biggest clients in the KSA.

• Under the supervision of the Project Managers and Technical Leads, perform assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering codes and principles.
• Assist with the preliminary selection and adaptation of engineering possibilities.
• Attend design coordination meetings and prepare minutes (weekly basis).
• Provide input for monthly reports on progress on the project.
• Assist in the management of change control.
• Coordinate with authorities and stakeholders.
• Assist the Project Manager as necessary (e.g. letters, meetings).

• Bachelors’ degree in Civil Engineering from an international accredited university.
• Possess the drive to become a Chartered Engineer or achieve membership of any other professional engineering institute.
• Basic knowledge of civil infrastructure including but not limited to waste and wastewater networks, irrigation systems, hydraulics, gravity and pressurised systems etc.
• Basic knowledge of master planning and land developments projects.
• Possess some knowledge of master planning and land developments projects and factors.
• Proactively take ownership of their own career – take initiative and responsibility of work‑related matters.
• Continuously look for innovations and improvements to manage workload and accomplish deliverables across individuals, teams and projects.
• Use leadership skills to build and nurture relationships and also create effective working environments.
