We are seeking a qualified Saudi National Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in road maintenance, sidewalk improvement, and stormwater drainage works. The ideal candidate will have strong technical capabilities, proven site supervision experience, and full familiarity with infrastructure maintenance operations. Candidates with advanced computer application skills and applied engineering software certifications will be given preference.

• Supervise all maintenance activities related to roads, sidewalks, and stormwater drainage networks.
• Review and verify survey plans, excavation quantities, leveling works, and site measurements.
• Monitor and follow up on quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) results to ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare and submit daily technical and progress reports to the supervising engineer or designated representatives.
• Provide technical and administrative observations regarding maintenance works and ensure timely communication with the supervising authority.
• Ensure that all maintenance operations are executed in accordance with approved specifications, safety requirements, and project timelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience (Saudi nationals) in:
• Road maintenance and rehabilitation
• Sidewalk construction and improvement
• Stormwater drainage systems
• Demonstrated experience supervising maintenance, improvement, and development projects (as a contractor or consultant).
• Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Preferably holds certifications in engineering software and computer applications.
• Must be fully competent in reviewing technical documents, supervising field activities, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Accredited by the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

• Excellent communication and coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple maintenance activities simultaneously and ensure high‑quality delivery.
