The Senior Rolling Stock Engineer oversees the design review and construction supervision of rolling stock. This role involves ensuring compliance with project requirements and coordinating with various teams. Overall, 10-15 years’ experience in relevant discipline.

* Roles and Responsibilities:

**  + Oversee the design review and integration of rolling stock.  + Ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.  + Manage and conduct testing and commissioning of rolling stock by D&B contractors.  + Coordinate with signaling, telecommunications, and power supply teams.  + Provide technical support and training to maintenance teams.  + Review and approve technical designs and specifications.  + Conduct site inspections and assessments.  

+ Troubleshoot and resolve rolling stock issues.  + Prepare and present rolling stock reports.  + Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure system performance.  
** Qualifications and

Educational Requirements:

**  + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.  + Extensive experience in rolling stock engineering.  + Knowledge of rolling stock systems and industry standards.  
** Knowledge and

Experience:

**  + Minimum of 7 years of experience in rolling stock specific engineering.  + Strong project management and technical skills.  + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.  
** Preferred

Skills:

**  +

Experience with rail vehicle systems.  + Familiarity with rolling stock software tools.  + Ability to manage complex projects and deadlines.
