** Job Description**## Overview## We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Transportation Manager with 12–15 years of experience to join our Traffic Engineering and Strategic Advisory Business Unit in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will be a degree-qualified professional with strong expertise in transport planning and traffic engineering within the Middle East region.##

Your role ##
* Lead and manage traffic engineering projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
* Design, analyze, and optimize traffic control systems, including signals, signage, and road network layouts.
* Conduct traffic studies, simulations, and data analysis to enhance traffic flow, efficiency, and safety.
* Develop and implement traffic management strategies and policies aligned with project and client requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including urban planning, construction, and government agencies.
* Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national traffic regulations and standards.
* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.
* Stay updated on advancements in smart mobility, ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems), and emerging transportation technologies.## About you##
** Qualifications & Experience
*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related discipline.
* 12–15 years of relevant experience in traffic engineering or transportation planning, preferably in the Middle East.
* Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects.
* Strong proficiency in traffic modeling tools such as Aimsun, VISSIM, Synchro, or similar platforms.
* In-depth understanding of traffic regulations, safety standards, and regional guidelines.
* Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is desirable.
* Experience with ITS, smart mobility solutions, and sustainable transportation initiatives.
