- Familiarity with SMT assembly, THT assembly, manufacturing and assembling internal unit cables, including crimping, soldering, and harness preparation.
- Preferably took part in the active production, testing or quality control of avionics units for aerospace and defense industry products.
- To have FOD and ESD awareness training and certificate.
- To have knowledge and certification of ISO
9001 and AS9100 quality management system standards. - Has the ability to read/comprehend and interpret technical drawings and technical documents in English.

Job Requirements
- Graduated from Universities Electrical, Electronics, Electrical-Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Mechatronics, Aeronautical Engineering.
- Preferably experienced and enthusiastic about avionics system assembly, cable manufacturing, and PCBA-to-unit integration.
- Can be effective in the coordination of the staff and the follow-up of their work.
- Will be able to dynamically manage material and sub-stock management.
- Able to use MS Office programs effectively.
- Knowledge of problem solving and reporting techniques.
- Able to adapt to intense work tempo and flexible working hours.
- Strong analytical and practical analysis skills.
- Prone to teamwork.
