Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the supervision and coordination of construction site activities.
* Support senior engineers in planning, scheduling, and executing projects.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
* Monitor site progress, prepare reports, and document daily activities.
* Collaborate with site teams to resolve technical issues and challenges.
* Participate in site inspections and ensure adherence to engineering drawings.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Strong understanding of basic engineering principles and construction practices.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
