Position: Mechanical Foreman - Residential Projects |

Leverage your expertise and join the dynamic team of a leading Saudi contractor focused on high-quality large-scale residential projects in Saudi Arabia.

The Mechanical Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all mechanical site activities, ensuring mechanical works are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules while managing manpower, subcontractors, and daily site operations to support successful project delivery.

Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

  • Supervise daily mechanical works on site including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, drainage, and mechanical installations.
  • Ensure all mechanical activities are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project standards.
  • Coordinate and allocate manpower, tools, equipment, and materials efficiently to meet project schedules.
  • Monitor subcontractors and technicians to ensure productivity, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Review site work progress and report daily activities, delays, and site issues to site management.
  • Coordinate with civil, electrical, architectural, QA/QC, and MEP teams to ensure smooth site execution.
  • Ensure proper installation, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
  • Follow up on material availability and coordinate with procurement and store teams.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and company regulations on site.
  • Support inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities.
  • Identify site conflicts, technical issues, and execution challenges and support resolution actions.
  • Maintain site discipline, work quality, and productivity across mechanical teams.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and site resources.
  • Prepare daily reports, manpower reports, and work progress updates.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

  • Diploma or Technical Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in mechanical construction works.
  • Proven experience in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems installation.
  • Strong experience in supervising mechanical technicians, labor, and subcontractors on site.
  • Experience in residential, hospitality, commercial, industrial, or high-rise projects.
  • Good understanding of mechanical drawings, specifications, and installation procedures.
  • Experience in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting mechanical systems.
  • Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary construction teams on site.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and manpower management skills.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and QA/QC site procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities.
