Testing & Commissioning Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive testing and commissioning plans for sport facilities including HVAC, electrical, lighting, security and other related systems.
• Coordinate and oversee testing activities to verify system functionality and compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
• Manage all commissioning processes to ensure seamless handover of facilities to stakeholders.
• Liaise closely with engineering, construction and client teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare detailed documentation and reports outlining testing results, commissioning status and any non-conformance issues.
• Identify potential risks during commissioning and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead and mentor the testing and commissioning team to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all testing and commissioning related communications.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in testing and commissioning of large‑scale sports facilities or similar infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of managing complex commissioning activities and teams.
• Strong knowledge of sports facility systems, codes and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Commitment to safety and quality assurance in commissioning processes.
• Relevant certifications in project management or commissioning are advantageous.
